X-Train

with Luke

Open Class:  A 'Cross Fit' training style incorporating weights, rowers, bikes and bodyweight exercises.

Luke

Mild mannered finance guru by day, Luke brings his own unique energy to his training sessions (oh, and a round of coffees afterwards too!)

Sparring

Open Class:  Everyone's welcome - you've just got to be 'humble and ready to rumble' in this full contact sparring session.

Kevin

Kevin's catch phrase is 'humble and ready to rumble' - and he's got both in spades.  With may years of professional boxing trainings experience under his belt his trainings sessions are highly sought after.

Happy Hour

with Jay

Open Class:  Throw the classic boxing punch combinations from 1-6 at weighted bags or a partners training pads.

Jay

Jay counts out various punch combo's with the same ease he counts beats and bars.  A professional muso by day - Jay will get your boxing training humming!

Functional Fitness

with Sarah

Private Class:  Not quite ready to join a group at the gym?  Work one on one with Sarah to build your base level of fitness and confidence levels.

Private Class:  Set your personal fitness goals and work to achieve them - all part of the Blueprints Youth programme run by the NZ Police and White Ribbon.

Anything worth having is worth working (or working out) for.  Rob co-ordinates the Blueprints Youth program which empowers and equips young people toward a brighter future.
