ShedX.co.nz collects personal information from you, including information about your:

• name

• contact information

• relevant health condition

ShedX.co.nz collects your personal information in order to:

• assist you in case of emergency and or injury.

• ensure the safety of other ShedX users.

Providing some information is optional.  If you choose not to enter your relevant health status or emergency contacts, we'll be unable to allow you to access our Health & Wellness classes.

ShedX.co.nz keeps your information safe by storing it securely on a password protected website and only allow ShedX approved Trainers to view it as required.  Contact information from the registration form is used only to send material relating to the ShedX classes, events or communication and will not be sold to another party. 

ShedX.co.nz will keep your information for two years at which point we will ask you to update it if you are still a member at ShedX - otherwise we securely destroy it by erasing all digital copies of your information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us via our website (shedx.co.nz), or through Papsda Church - 16 Puhinui Rd, Papatoetoe, AKL.

Photo/Video Release

I hereby grant ShedX permission to use my photograph/video image in any and all publications for ShedX, including web site entries, without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity.  I hereby authorise ShedX to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute all photos and images.  I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my photo appears.  Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or video images. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge ShedX from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate which may have or may have by reason of this authorisation.
